This Lisbon Two bedroom apartment, fully equipped. Located in a quiet typical and residential quarter called Lapa. It has a living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with double bed.
It is right in the centre of things and offers you, great restaurants, from sea food, to regional dishes, a covered market, supermarkets and wine shops to die for.
The antique tourist tram, Number 25, stops just outside the building and whisks you downtown past the major monuments plus passes the nightclubs and Fado houses. Within walking distance (950 meters), there are Train station and bus terminal. The train takes you to the amazing coastal town Cascais.

Prices are for 4 persons, extra persons will have an incremented total cost of 50€ per rental. Up to a maximum of a total of 6 persons.
Minimum reservation fee, 30 % by bank transfer. Non-refundable
The Reservation can only be finalized with 30% NET (bank Transfer) of the total payment that is deducted from total payment, and is non-refundable.
A 250 EURO Damage Deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
This Damage Deposit is 100% refundable given that:
a) all provisions are complied with;
b) the house and contents are left in good order, clean and with no breakage or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Full- payment upon arrival in (cash). Reservation Deposit is non-refundable
